How to map to Shared Drives

 Please follow these steps.

 Step 1:  Click on this link \\data-03\IT\Public and run the drive mappings software in place.

 

  

If it worked then you are done.  If that does not work go to step 2.

 

Step 2:  Click on the Start button, type cmd press enter. Then type "ipconfig /flushdns", press enter.

 

Then click \\data-03\IT\Public and run the drive mapping file once more. (Step 1).
