How to check Sacramento meeting room availability.
1: From within outlook, open your calendar.
2: Select “New Meeting”.

3: Select “Scheduling Assistant”.

4: Select “Add Rooms”

5: From the Global address list, select “All Rooms”.

6: Select the Room(s) you wish to check availability for.

7: The schedule for the meeting room selected will then be displayed.

By hovering over the appointment, meeting details, such as organizer etc. are displayed
