How to update your outlook contacts.

1: Open Outlook, then Public folders.
2: Click on   DDTP Contacts.
 

3: Left mouse click one contact, the top bar will turn blue.
 

3: On your keyboard, hold down the Ctrl button, then press the letter:    a
This selects all contacts, which turns on a blue bar on all.
 
4: You can now take your hands off the keyboard.

5: With all contacts selected, indicated by the blue top bar, simply drag one of them, in this example George Ayrapetyan, to your person contacts folder. 
As we selected “all” earlier by pressing Ctrl a.  All contacts will copy over, not just George.
